Welcome to Atmatva Foundation
Atmatva Foundation is a healthcare initiative led by India’s top cardiologists, committed to preventing heart disease, diabetes, and metabolic disorders through early detection and community-based care.
We combine medical expertise with empathy to bring timely, affordable, and preventive solutions to those who need it most.
Every heartbeat matters. Healing begins with awareness and access.
A highly respected cardiologist and electrophysiologist, Dr. Yaduvanshi brings decades of experience and a deep commitment to public health. He has led several initiatives to expand access to life-saving cardiac care.
With over 17 years of expertise in interventional cardiology and arrhythmia management, Dr. Kataria is dedicated to tackling the complexities of heart rhythm disorders and device-based therapies. His international training adds global depth to our programs.
Dr. Bhagwati specializes in high-risk heart disease management, including coronary artery disease, heart failure, and valvular issues. His patient-first philosophy and impressive recovery outcomes make him a cornerstone of the foundation’s clinical mission.
To create a healthier society by addressing the root causes of cardiometabolic diseases and empowering individuals with knowledge, care, and sustainable health solutions.
We focus on early detection and prevention of heart diseases such as hypertension, heart attacks, arrhythmias, and heart failure.
Our expert-led programs promote timely intervention and long-term cardiac wellness.
Our approach addresses both prevention and management of type 1, type 2, and lifestyle-induced diabetes.
Through screenings, lifestyle guidance, and medical support, we aim to reduce complications and improve quality of life.
We provide holistic care for a range of metabolic conditions like obesity, high cholesterol, fatty liver, and insulin resistance.
By combining nutrition, education, and clinical support, we help patients regain metabolic balance and achieve long-term health.
CPR training empowers everyday people to save lives during critical moments. This hands-on instruction teaches the general public how to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), a technique used to restore breathing and circulation in someone experiencing cardiac arrest. By learning to recognize emergencies, deliver chest compressions, and provide rescue breaths, individuals gain the confidence and skills to act swiftly when every second counts.

Developing and implementing Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of physicians affiliated with the Indian Medical Association (IMA). These programs focus on providing comprehensive, evidence-based training on the latest advancements in coronary interventions, including cutting-edge techniques, devices, and procedural innovations for managing coronary artery disease. Additionally, the CMEs cover updates in pacemaker therapy, encompassing new technologies, implantation methods, patient management strategies, and emerging trends in cardiac rhythm management. The sessions aim to foster interactive learning through expert-led presentations, case studies, and hands-on workshops, ensuring IMA physicians are well-equipped to integrate these advancements into clinical practice for improved patient outcomes.

Every year on World Hypertension Day, we organize an awareness march to educate the community about hypertension prevention and management. Participants carry informative banners and distribute educational flyers. The march is followed by an engaging talk session led by healthcare professionals, where attendees participate in discussions, ask questions about blood pressure control, and learn practical lifestyle tips for heart health. The event successfully fosters community involvement, raises awareness about the risks of hypertension, and promotes regular health check-ups in a supportive and interactive environment.

We conducted free health check-up and medicine distribution camps focusing on cardiac care, general medicine, general surgery, and gynecology to ensure healthcare access for underserved and underprivileged communities. These camps provided comprehensive services, including blood pressure screenings, cardiac evaluations, general health assessments, surgical consultations, and gynecological examinations, all conducted by specialized medical professionals. Essential medicines for hypertension, diabetes, iron and vitamin deficiencies, and related conditions were distributed to those in need. Held in accessible locations, these camps successfully reached marginalized populations, promoting early detection, treatment, and education on heart health and overall well-being, while fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all attendees.
